Financial Management in Turbulent Times

This one-day workshop will focus on the actions financial managers can take to minimise the negative impacts and maximise opportunities created by the current economic climate.
Presented by Tim Luscombe, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), management consultant & speaker, presenter of seminars, workshops and training courses on financial management, corporate strategy and the financial challenges faced by organisations during both upswings and downswings in the economy.
With a background in financial and general management in industries from manufacturing to oil & gas distribution, Tim has the ability to distil complex situations and explain them in everyday plain English.
