About the speaker :

Serge Garazi works as Interim Project Leader and Business Analyst for Bank Regulatory projects. As such, he helps banks comply with the new regulations by driving the necessary changes to the banks' organization, processes and IT systems.

He possesses a broad education in Management (MBA and PMP), Finance (CFA), Computer Engineering (ETH Zurich). He gathered a broad international experience in the banking sector and in management consulting. Additionally, he currently serves as VP Operations at PMI (Switzerland).
